Mr. Madan Patil, or Bhau as he is known popularly, is the president of the board of the trust. He is currently the MLA from Sangli constituency. He has always been a social worker first and then a politician. He possesses a keen perception of academically changing scenario and the overall trends in academic fields. With his administrative efficiency and an extraordinary ability to make people believe in his perceptions, he has always been able to turn innovative ideas into reality. He has always been a technology oriented person and has been able to imbibe various technical advances into every sphere of his activities.

One of his  most important achievement remains that, being the grandson of Late Shri Vasantdada Patil, the icon of Maharashtra politics, he has been able to make a mark for himself in the state politics, thus emerging successfully from the shadow of a legendary politician.

In  his leadership,  the college  has found the right direction and momentum to move towards a brighter future.
